Why I Don't Watch TV

I think maybe I know why I rather watch documentaries and cartoons than watch dramas, movies, serials etc...

People love action. People love romance too. And somehow nowadays, in almost every kind of movie, be it action, adventure, science fiction, even horror movies... directors and producers tend to incorporate some form of romance in there. And more often than not, these romances end in a happy ending... and people will just go "awww..." and wish their love story was like that.

Maybe it's coz I know that it's so fake... that this doesn't happen in real life. Movies and shows nowadays are just grown-up fairytales... it just doesn't happen this way.

Or maybe it just doesn't happen this way to me, at least.

Sour grapes? I suppose you could say that about me.
