Outreach service yesterday was... mmm... kinda disappointing. The sermon wasn't very convincing, I feel. Like, not powerful. *shrugs* But I guess it's the Holy Spirit that moves people, not the preacher. Nevertheless, I was amazed, blown away by Ruth. I think she's a really really very talented lady... musically talented. She played a song during tithe today. It was a jazzy-blues kinda tune, and there were about 8 people up front singing. It was fantastic, I thought. If I were blind, I'd think this is one of those American churches with those black choirs... haha! I can't describe her play... it was just amazing!

Anyways, after church we had camp meeting. Dunno why, somehow I became part of the committee... I thought I was just a t-shirt designer. Haha! As Valerie puts it, I'm not an ordinary member anymore.

Later in the evening was a small gathering for steamboat dinner at Shawn's place. Small groups are more interactive and more... hmm... in-depth talk... which I like... and which was also Shawn's intent. Look forward to another session... this time, guy talk. Haha!
