Condemning Sakae Sushi
Had BS today... can't say that I gained much from it, like Cynthia. But in my case, I believe it's due to not preparing the BS materials beforehand, so like, I can't join in the discussions as fervently coz half the time, I was pondering the implications and deeper meanings of some verses. Well, serves me right for not doing homework. Haha! How can I ever join BSF like that?
Well, after BS, we headed for Sakae Sushi at Park Mall for lunch. Man, I totally condemn Sakae Sushi from now on. Not only is the food not nice, the price is not right, and there's no service at all. I ordered like 4 or 5 plates of sushi, Tiff ordered some other stuff... Zhenhao too. In the end, my lunch was only 1 soft shell crab handroll (that was only half filled), and lots of ginger slices. Tiffany and Zhenhao weren't any better. In the end, our lunches have got to be the cheapest ever from a japanese restaurant.
After lunch, Tiffany and I went to PS to have a walkaround. I was looking for a pedestal fan for my room. My criteria: remote controlled, able to swing left to right and up and down, as cheap as possible to have those functions. So far, the cheapest I've found is about $128, from Carrefour. Think it's Toyomi or Mistral... can't remember. Either way, hai... that means I need to fork out another $100++ for ventilation.

I was listening to my iPod just now, and this songs touches my heart. It's so sad... and somehow I feel like I can relate to it... not in any way that I can fathom though. So with the following lyrics, I bid everyone good night.
"I look out my window
At the world I once owned,
And I see it's still spinning round.
But somewhere above me,
A light I once knew
No longer shines through the clouds.
But that's somebody else's moon tonight;
Those're somebody else's stars.
They're no longer mine
Cause somewhere tonight,
You're in somebody else's arms.
Remember the wishes
We made in the night,
When dreams were supposed to come true?
Well I do cause you
Put the stars in my eyes,
As you softly promised the moon.
That's somebody else's moon tonight...
They're no longer mine,
Cause somewhere tonight,
You're in somebody else's arms."
